Prekindergarten – 8
New students, for grades Prekindergarten through 8th Grade, wishing to enroll in the Fortine School District are required to complete the New Student Enrollment form. In addition to the enrollment form we may require a birth certificate, immunization records and a mailing address to the school your child previously attended, if you are moving from another school district.
